The truth is, we all need healing. Collectively, we ache for a deeper connection to self and other, a freer spirit to flow through the challenges of day to day life, and a lingering state of peace that encompasses our every cell. We are ready to transform and evolve past where and who we have been and dive into a new life filled with abundance, love and ultimate joy - but how do we do it? It begins by taking a leap of faith to do something different. Something radical. Something epic. Attending a retreat in a foreign land, and being invited to move into and then out of the layers of yourself through ceremony, movement, meditation, and song is the perfect opportunity for lasting change and unforgettable memories. Join me on this incredible retreat, and let us experience one of the most amazing weeks of your life - together.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: How do I arrive to the Retreat Center after landing in GUA international Airport?
A: You will have several options from Airport to Retreat Center, but it will be easiest to arrange a private transfer from Guatemala City or Antigua with Kan Tours, a transport company that arranges safe, direct shuttles and boats to Villa Sumaya’s private dock.
Please email: booking@kan-tours.com
Q: What does a typical day on Retreat look like? What can I expect?
A: On retreat we will most always begin our day with a short meditation followed by an all levels yoga flow. After we practice, we will have some time to freshen up before heading down for breakfast as a group. After breakfast will be free time until lunch where we will again dine together. After lunch, you will be free to adventure, relax, explore, hike or rest and reflect until we meet up again for dinner. After dinner, we will head back to the yoga shala for a gentle restorative or yin practice.
Q: What if I don’t practice yoga? Do I need to be a yogi to join this retreat?
A: Not at all! All yoga practices are optional, and this retreat is welcome to everyone!
