Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for considering our yoga retreat. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation.

Reservations:

To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required. This deposit is required at the time of booking and must be paid in full. Until the deposit is received, we cannot guarantee your reservation. This deposit is non transferable.

Payments:

The balance of your retreat fee is due in full 60 days prior to retreat start date. 50% of your balance is due 6 months prior to departure. If the balance is not paid in full by this time, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and retain the deposit, as well as all payments made.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your reservation more than 90 days prior to the retreat start date, you will receive a partial refund of 50% of all payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit of $500. If you cancel your reservation less than 60 days prior to the retreat start date, no refund will be given.

In the unlikely event that we must cancel the retreat for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

Liability:

We are not responsible for any injuries, losses or damages that may occur during the retreat, including but not limited to bodily injury, illness, death, or property damage. By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you are aware of the risks involved and assume all responsibility for your own safety.

We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Changes to the Retreat:

We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, or any other aspect of the retreat at any time, for any reason. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible.
